1. Overview

velocidAI is a platform offering AI-powered tools for content creation, text summarization, and data analysis for individuals and businesses. Our service integrates with multiple third-party AI providers to deliver diverse AI capabilities.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if required by local laws).

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your password secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Harass, abuse, or harm others

Spam or distribute unsolicited messages

Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service

Disrupt our infrastructure

Share your account or access without authorization

Use the Service to generate biased, harmful, or misleading content

Exploit vulnerabilities in the AI models

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All intellectual property (site design, branding, models, and code) is owned by velocidAI and protected under applicable laws.

Your Content

Inputs: You retain ownership of content you input.

Outputs: You also retain ownership of the AI-generated output based on your input, provided use complies with these Terms.

You grant velocidAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated content for research and analytics.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system where different AI operations consume varying amounts of credits:

Included Credits: Base subscription includes 2000 credits (worth $2). Additional usage beyond this allowance will be charged based on consumption.
Credit Consumption: Each AI request (text generation, analysis, etc.) consumes credits based on complexity and length of output.
Credit Balance: Your available credits are displayed in your account dashboard and updated in real-time.
Usage Billing: Once your included credits are consumed, additional usage will be automatically billed to your payment method.
Credit Expiration: Included credits reset monthly with your subscription renewal.

Pricing and Billing

We may offer free trial credits for new users.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for consumed credits or completed services.

Subscription refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for unused services.

Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels with detailed reasoning.

6. Termination

By You:

You can terminate your account at any time.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

Upon termination, access is revoked and your data may be deleted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI outputs. Users should verify critical information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 if no payments were made.

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless velocidAI from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party AI Services

Our Service integrates with four main AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Qwen). Important considerations:

Each AI provider has separate terms of service and privacy policies that apply to your use of their services through our platform.

Your data and requests are transmitted to these third-party providers for processing according to their own policies.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party AI services.

Some providers may use your inputs to improve their models unless you opt out (where available).

You are responsible for complying with each provider's individual terms when using their services through our platform.

Recommendation: Review each AI provider's terms and privacy policy before using their services. Links to provider policies are available in our AI model selection interface.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by updating this page and the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. TEXNI VELOCIDAI , SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is incorporated and operates from Barcelona, Spain. Disputes may be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as available under Spanish law.

13. Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain valid.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
